Strathmore Villa South Association is a 55+ community organization located in central Sarasota, Florida, committed to enriching the lives of its residents by providing many services, amenities (caged pool heated to 85 degrees year-round, shuffleboard court) basic cable and landscaping and more included in the condo fee.

Both Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach are only 7-10 miles from our villas. We are in walking distance of a grocery store, pet store, restaurants, a bus stop, and are located between two major hospitals. There are several pharmacies, restaurants and retail stores within a 5-mile circumference. And, the newly-added legacy trail is within walking distance.
